You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify AcademyLite immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Both freelancers and employers are required to verify their identities before posting or applying for jobs.

4. Account Ownership & Transfer

Accounts are personal and may not be sold, transferred, or shared. AcademyLite reserves the right to suspend accounts involved in ownership disputes until resolved.

  • Posting fraudulent or deceptive content.

  • Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior.
  • Interfering with the platform’s operation.
AcademyLite also uses automated moderation systems to detect and prevent toxic or abusive messages in multiple languages. If a user attempts to send a message containing prohibited or harassing terms, the system will block the message and temporarily restrict the user from sending any further messages for a certain amount of time. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.

6. Prohibited Content

Users may not post or share content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, hateful, exploitative, or otherwise harmful. AcademyLite reserves the right to remove such content and take action against offenders.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

Users retain ownership of their own content but grant AcademyLite a license to display it on the platform. Users must respect others’ IP rights.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of AcademyLite is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
