Freelancer Membership Policy

1. Overview

AcademyLite offers freelancers membership plans that grant access to post gigs, apply for jobs, and access premium features. Membership is required to maintain quality and commitment on the platform.

2. Membership Plans

Freelancers must purchase credits or subscribe to membership plans to post gigs and apply for jobs. Detailed information about membership features and benefits will be visible once logged in.

3. Eligibility and Verification

Freelancers must verify their identity through government-issued ID before they can post gigs, tasks, or apply for jobs. Verification ensures trust and security on the platform.

4. Membership Fees and Payments

Membership fees are charged upfront via PayPal or other accepted payment methods. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Membership continues until canceled or credits are depleted.

5. Membership Duration, Renewal, and Upgrades

Membership plans may have a fixed duration or credit limit. Freelancers may renew or upgrade their membership at any time.Important: When purchasing another plan:
  • Package duration, number of tasks to post, and featured tasks will accumulate on top of the existing plan.
  • Credits used to apply for projects will not accumulate and will be replaced with the new plan’s credits.

6. Use of Credits

Credits purchased via membership plans are used to post gigs or apply for jobs. Unused credits remain in the freelancer’s account and may be used until expiration or account termination. Only credits for applying to projects will be replaced when upgrading or purchasing a new plan.

7. Membership Suspension and Termination

AcademyLite reserves the right to suspend or terminate freelancer memberships for violation of platform rules, fraudulent activity, or failure to comply with verification requirements.

8. Refunds

Refunds for membership fees or credits are not provided, except where required by law or at the sole discretion of AcademyLite.

9. Changes to Membership Policy

AcademyLite may update this Freelancer Membership Policy from time to time. Continued membership use after changes indicates acceptance.
