Freelancer Rewards Terms
Effective Date: July 1, 2025
1. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the AcademyLite Freelancer Rewards program (“Rewards”, “we”, “our”, or “the Platform”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Freelancer Rewards Terms (“Terms”) and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue participation in the Rewards program immediately.2. Eligibility
Freelancers must be at least 18 years old and have a verified AcademyLite account to participate in Rewards. Accounts found to be fake, duplicate, or used to manipulate Rewards will be ineligible, and AcademyLite reserves the right to suspend, withhold, or cancel Rewards for such accounts.3. Reward Structure
Rewards may include bonuses, credits, or promotional incentives based on milestones, task completion, or participation in special programs. Reward amounts and eligibility criteria are determined solely by AcademyLite. Rewards are not guaranteed until credited to your account.4. Milestone and Reward Control
AcademyLite maintains full discretion over all milestones, payouts, and Rewards. We reserve the right to:- Hold Rewards for a period of 7–14 days for verification, task review, or quality checks.
- Extend the holding period if suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
- Withhold or cancel Rewards if a freelancer engages in activity such as boosting milestones, creating multiple accounts to manipulate Rewards, or repeated disputes within a short period.
5. Fraud and Suspicious Activity
AcademyLite monitors for any activity indicative of abuse, including but not limited to:- Artificially inflating milestones or task completions;
- Creating multiple accounts to claim Rewards;
- Excessive disputes or complaints in a short period;
- Any other suspicious or prohibited conduct affecting Rewards.
6. Reward Payouts
- Rewards are credited to the freelancer’s Account Balance once approved and verified by AcademyLite.
- Minimum payout thresholds apply (currently $100) before Rewards can be withdrawn.
- AcademyLite may automatically initiate payout when thresholds or timing conditions are met.
- Freelancers are responsible for providing accurate payout details; AcademyLite is not liable for failed transfers due to incorrect information.
