Account Suspension & Termination Policy

Effective Date: July 1, 2025

1. Grounds for Suspension or Termination

AcademyLite reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following reasons:

• Intentional fraud, deception, or misrepresentation.
• Violation of our Acceptable Use Policy or any other terms and conditions.
• Engaging in abusive, harassing, or discriminatory behavior.
• Uploading or distributing illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content.
• Attempting to manipulate, disrupt, or harm the platform or other users.
• Failure to provide valid verification or fraudulent verification attempts.

2. Investigation and Evidence

We may investigate suspected violations by reviewing communications, transactions, and other relevant data. AcademyLite retains the right to collect and store evidence for the purpose of enforcing policies and protecting the community.

3. Notification

In the event of suspension or termination, affected users may receive a notification outlining the reason for the action. AcademyLite is not obligated to provide prior notice before taking such actions, especially in cases of serious violations.

4. Appeals

Users may appeal a suspension or termination by contacting AcademyLite support at support@academylite.com. Appeals will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Effect of Suspension or Termination

Suspended or terminated accounts may lose access to their profiles, posted content, funds, and platform features. AcademyLite reserves the right to withhold or refund funds at its discretion according to applicable policies.
