Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

The purpose of this Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) is to ensure that AcademyLite remains a safe, secure, and productive platform for all users. By using AcademyLite, you agree to comply with this Policy.

2. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use AcademyLite to engage in any activities that are unlawful, harmful, or disruptive, including but not limited to:

  • Uploading, posting, or sharing content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or infringing on intellectual property rights.
  • Engaging in harassment, bullying, discrimination, or abusive behavior toward other users.
  • Using the platform to distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any accounts, systems, or data.
  • Interfering with or disrupting the operation of AcademyLite or its infrastructure.
  • Using AcademyLite for any unauthorized commercial purposes outside of the platform’s intended use.

3. Content Guidelines – Erotic and Adult-Themed Material

AcademyLite permits artistic and romantic content, including suggestive or erotic themes, provided that such content does not include nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit material. Content that contains nudity, explicit sexual acts, or pornography is strictly prohibited.

Examples of allowed content include book covers, art, or designs with erotic themes that do not display explicit body parts or sexual acts. We reserve the right to review and remove any content that violates these guidelines.

4. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for their conduct and content shared on AcademyLite. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the platform.

5. Enforcement and Consequences

AcademyLite reserves the right to investigate violations of this Policy and take appropriate actions, including but not limited to:

  • Warning or suspending user accounts.
  • Removing or disabling access to violating content.
  • Reporting illegal activities to law enforcement authorities.
  • Terminating access to the platform for repeated or severe violations.

6. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any content or behavior that violates this Policy, please report it to us immediately at support@academylite.com.

7. Changes to This Policy

AcademyLite may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
